The Story:
In 1989, a Los Santos youth named Josh Lee, organized a group of other neighborhood youths and started a gang called the East Side Hooligans. The East Side Hooligans wanted to emulate a gang of older youths who had been involved in gang activity since 90's. They wanted to develop theirs gang into a larger force. East Side Hooligans members would wear purple bandannas around their necks or heads. The color purple became their representative color.The Rules:
Gang Rules - (Rules that state, how you should roll, in this gang).
1) Always respect and follow the orders from every rank above you.
2) Do not refuse the orders for anything. This means the order of a superior is more important than anything.
4) Do not do any business with any other family/gang without speaking to a Top O.G. or the Powerhouse, before.
5) Always role play and follow whichever rules in the server.
6) Never disrespect another member in our allies. It will result in a kick or a serious punishment.
7 ) Not following direct orders from the leader, may result in a high punishment.

OOC Rules - (Must follow the rules of this server and rules of our gang).
1) Obviously follow all rules of the server. Breaking one of these rules will get you kicked out of the faction.
2) In order to preform important events, (ie kidnapping high ranking members) pm them IN GAME or on the forum your intentions. This will lessen confusion.
3) You must be able to understand (not necessarily speak) English when you talk IC.
4) If someone is breaking the rules against you, do not go the same way. Use /re & /report and screenshot the situation and wait for an admin to help.
